Our Wednesday selection: Fernie – Eugenics (Sync Forward, SF031)
Sync Forward is proud to present the debut release of Scottish rising talent – Fernie.
The first track Eugenics it’s an impressive enthralling, dazzlingly produced track. The unmistakable main synthesizer with its arpeggiated nature takes the listener on a transcendent journey.
Next is Filling the Void, a fast-paced track, with a rippling bassline and trademark progressive stab chords.
The third track entitled Melancholy is metaphysical and melodious production, featuring minimalistic ambiance and a high level of musical composition.
Last but not least is the remix of Eugenics by Remotion, a masterful techno reinterpretation of the original track, featuring a haunting synthesizer and angry growls that close perfectly the release.
