Northern Ireland’s Dean Lindsay readies his debut release ‘Music Baby’ for Patrick Topping’s Trick this June.

For the 30th release on his evergreen Trick imprint, Patrick Topping continues his form for unearthing fresh talent by recruiting producer Dean Lindsay for his first EP. Turning in a pair of uplifting, feel-good house tracks, Lindsay’s production chops are on full display across the party-starting two-tracker.

Leading the release, title-track ‘Music Baby’ sees a whirlwind of bright synths and bass hits colliding with robust, crunching drums and vocal samples for a resolutely upbeat affair. ‘Party People’ sees Lindsay marry shuffling drum hits and bouncing low-end for an equally infectious track, rounding out an impressive, smile-inducing debut.
